Make your systems talk to each other
Most businesses do not need new software. They need the software they already have to stop working in separate boxes, so information is entered once and turns up everywhere it is needed.
Signs your systems are not talking
- The same customer details are typed into two or three systems.
- Someone exports a CSV every week so another system can import it.
- The quote, the order and the invoice all live somewhere different.
- Reports are built by hand because the numbers sit in separate places.
- A piece of equipment saves files that someone has to move by hand.
- Nobody is sure which system holds the right answer.
What we connect
Microsoft 365
Mail, calendars, Teams, SharePoint and your staff directory, used as the backbone so sign-in and permissions come for free.
Industry and practice software
The specialist system your sector runs on, joined to everything else through its own interface rather than by retyping.
CRM and accounts
Customers, orders and invoices moving between the systems that hold them, without a person in the middle.
Phones and call data
Call records and voicemail turned into something you can report on and act on.
Equipment and devices
Kit that saves files to a folder or speaks an industry standard, connected to the system that needs its output.
Scheduled and live syncs
Nightly where that is enough, the moment something changes where it is not, with a log you can check.
Built by us, running today
Not case studies from somebody else's portfolio. We wrote these, we host or support them, and they are in use now.
Practice system sync
Larkmead's practice app stays in step with their practice management system automatically, so records are entered once.
Imaging to the right place
An installable app that picks up images from a capture PC's folder and sends them to the imaging server in the medical DICOM standard, with no one dragging files around.
CRM data where it is needed
Information from their Zoho system feeds their staff app on a schedule, so the two never drift apart.
How a project runs
No open-ended day rates. You know the price before we start.
- 1
A conversation
Half an hour on what is actually slowing you down. Often the answer is a setting in software you already own, and we will say so.
- 2
A written scope and a fixed price
What it will do, what it will not, and one number, before anything is built.
- 3
Built and proven on your data
You see it working with your own records before it goes near your whole team.
- 4
Supported like the rest of your IT
It joins the systems we already look after. One number to ring, and the people answering it built the thing.
Your data stays yours
Where the job allows, we build inside your own Microsoft 365, so the data never leaves your tenant and your existing sign-in and security already cover it. Where an app needs its own database, it sits on UK infrastructure we run, and you can have everything exported whenever you ask.
Questions people ask first
Can you connect any system?
Most business systems have a way in: an API, a scheduled export, a database or a standard file format. We check that before quoting. If a system genuinely cannot be connected safely, we will tell you.
Is it secure?
Each connection gets its own narrow, revocable access, never a shared admin password. Credentials live in a proper vault, and every sync is logged.
What if one of the systems changes?
We monitor the connections we build. When a vendor changes something, we find out from our monitoring, not from your staff.
Do we need Microsoft 365?
No, but if you have it, a lot of the work is configuration rather than new code, which keeps the cost down.
How is it priced?
A written scope and a fixed price before we start, then an optional monthly amount if you want us to monitor and maintain it.
What are your people typing twice?
Tell us which two systems should be talking. We will tell you what it takes to join them, and what it will cost, before you commit to anything.
