What we collect
- Enquiry & order details โ when you contact us, request a quote, run a broadband check or place an order: your name, email, phone, company, address/postcode and the details of your enquiry.
- Live chat โ the messages you send and any contact details you provide.
- Website usage โ aggregate, statistical analytics with your IP address hashed (see our Cookie Policy).
- Visitor identification (opt-in only) โ if you consent, your IP address and a visitor ID recorded against the pages you view, used to identify your organisation.
How we use it & our legal basis
- Responding to enquiries and providing services โ to take steps at your request and perform our contract with you.
- Statistical analytics โ our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site; data is aggregate and uses a hashed IP.
- Visitor identification and follow-up marketing โ only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via .
We do not sell your data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We hold identifying website data (such as IP address and visitor ID) for no more than 60 days, after which it is deleted or anonymised and only non-personal, aggregate statistics are retained. Enquiry, quote and customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us operate (e.g. hosting, email, payment and accounting providers), under appropriate contracts, and where required by law. We don't sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
